Leeanne makes the best damned turkey burgers in the world, I swear.  I always pretend like I'm too full to eat the last one, but I always do.  Ever since she started losing weight and eating better, she's encouraged me to drop a couple pounds and protect my heart, since heart disease runs in my family.  When she cooks like this, though, it's not even work to eat right.  One of these days I'm gonna get her to write them all into an ebook and sell them.  We'll go on Ellen and be rich.  Or at least get to dance.
