This is really REALLY cool.  Some people developed this suit that sprays cold water on heart attack patients.  Cooling the body prevents a lot of the heart damage that occurs during heart attacks and such, and during certain procedures, doctors have been able to minimize and even prevent brain damage.  Aside from the fact that this is really cool tech, heart disease runs in my family, so i'm really hoping this pans out for selfish reasons. 

That being said, my wonderful other half is keeping an eye on how i take care of myself.  I've been working out with her and my blood pressure has dropped a lot, as well as my resting heart rate and weight.  But still, I stand a better chance of having a heart attack than most of my friends and I hope I get a big chill if I ever do.
