We made some ravioli from scratch tonight for dinner.  I gotta pat myself on the back, because DANG they were tasty.  I just can't seem to roll out my pasta thin enough on the damned counter.  If anyone is reading this and has a pasta roller they want to sell me cheap, let me know.  It would look something like this...
