Kids need jobs andproductive hobbies.  Looks like a kid-they say 18 year old man, but I bet he's still using acne products- picked up a mask like the one from the movie "V for Vendetta" and started running around the neighborhood trying to scare people, and then went a step further and started peeping through windows. 

First, I'd like to note that if he scared anyone, it wasn't because they recognized him from the movie.  That flick put me to sleep.  Three times.  IN ONE SHOWING.  It was ridiculous.  No, anyone who was scared probably mistook him for a drug crazed lunatic.  Little did they know he was just an idiot.  That kid needs to go mow some lawns.
