Well, here we've been in Virginia since May, and we're not quite sure why, but the school alert system for Nicki's old school in Florida called the other day to tell us all about the upcoming events for that school.  No freakin kidding.  What really gets me is that we moved before the summer, so it's not like she was registered this year. 

It must be too much work for them to check the list and make sure that only families who need to know get bothered with the information.  Prevailing attitude in Florida..."I don't care who gets inconvenienced as long as it isn't extra work for me."

I SO don't miss that place.
