I know what you're thinking. Why the hell is there a mannequin on top of that cruiser? The answer is one of only a few things more embarrassing than adult acne. A New Yorker got busted using the mannequin to travel in the carpool lane. I'm thinking to myself, isn't it easier to just pick up a bum that needs a new street corner or something? To be fair, I don't have any idea how much time he/she was saving by not driving in the regular lanes, but in my experience, it is NEVER very much. And it certainly isn't worth having to pay a ticket.
My Dad's girlfriend got busted for about $200 driving in an HOV lane up here, and I would be PISSED. Oh well, better others than me.
