With all the websites on the net that try to sell supplements that will allegedly help you to lose weight, it was nice to see quick trim fast cleanse reviews.  Granted, the bottom have of the page is a bunch of links to similar products, the review of quick trim fast cleanse was incredibly basic, and I've never even heard of the product, but likely the people to read it are not accustomed to thinking critically and maintaining skepticism about advertised claims.

Leeanne and I are getting back into shape, and it was a little bit of discussion to decide not to buy any of that kind of stuff for her.  She is doing incredibly well, making huge progress, and feeling great.  The trick?  Calories in, calories out, maintain lean mass, drink plenty of water.

The toughest part is maintaining an accurate record of what we eat, but even though I'm not going to the gym just yet, even I am making some progress.  I'd like to get my body fat down to the low 10s, but I've got some work to do!!  Maybe soon I'll post the best advice I've watched/read/heard/used.  Keep posted.
