At work tonight, we got to talking about Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, probably because I was making them.  One of the guys said that the best philly cheese he ever had, was indeed in Phliadelphia.  Of course, he couldn't tell me what it was about them that made them the best.  The guy is kinda funny, though.  Said he would have stayed there just for the sandwiches if there had been enough local philly jobs for him to work so he could afford to buy all the sandwiches he wanted.  Ah, well, the compromises we make.
