That's right, I want to get a job that values my knowledge and education, not just one that anticipates being able to work the piss out of me.  I want to build something besides my bosses bank account.  Don't get me wrong, I mostly enjoy the company I work for now, but I just feel like I need more sometimes.  And frankly, by more I don't mean getting to manage people like my colleages.  Some of them are just dumb.  That's probably the only reason my supervisors like me as much as they do.  I mean, it's hard to look bad in present company if you follow.  I was looking on the fafsa forecaster the other day, and it claims that I'll probably qualify for about $5000 a year in pell grants, and that I may only have to come up with $2000 for some education.  I can see myself looking for some Jobs in IT or maybe trying to teach physics or biology.  That would rock.
