Well, I was trying to place this guy.  His name is Harland Williams, and I was watching his video, kinda funny guy.  He goes off about wrinkle cream, IKEA, Count Chocula, Kenny G, and more.   A quick search on www.imdb.com and some scrolling through his list of movies showed that I've only seen 3 of his 53 movies, but the one I was most definately trying to place him in was "Down Periscope," in which he played Sonar, probably the funniest charactor in the movie.  Say what you will about that, but enjoy the standup.
