Everybody MOVE
I'd like to remind everyone that Halloween candy, Thanksgiving turkey, Christmas ham, and New Year's binge drinking is all right around the corner. That means it's time right NOW to get your butt off the couch and go for a walk. Hit the gym, do some pushups, drink plenty of water, whatever. By the time January comes around you'll feel like turd and reach for the diet pills so you can make your resolutions a reality, so instead of waiting till then, get in great shape now, get that metabolism pumped up, and maybe this eating season won't affect you at all!
