Powdered, dry water. Just add....

That's right, I thought it was a joke, but here is an article on powdered water .  Or click here.  Some of the uses might include gas absorption, which would be cool, and various chemical transporting, as the technology can be adapted to other liquids.  While it's being toted as a possible solution to global warming, critics have pointed out that it's not likely to have a negative carbon imprint as long as the processing is fueled by decomposed fossils.  If we want green, we're just going to have to find another way to make energy.
