Yeah, not really a real estate tip, but just a thought, as I sift through hundreds of pictures of houses that are for sale.  If you are selling a house with a spa or hot tub, seriously consider getting spa covers.  You can always just take the darned thing off when someone comes to look at the place, but when houses sit and wait to be sold, especially lately with houses sitting forever, spas can collect some really nasty things, never mind animals.  And who wants to kick squirrels out of the hot tub?  But I'm just saying...
