That's really great! I'm glad to hear anytime that somebody is trying to do something about being overweight. Would you care to post some of your results, and what you are doing to achieve them? I recently started using this product which i bought from www.weightlossguide.com helped me a lot in overcoming my heavy weight.

I believe I'm the "H" referred to above and thanks for the kind words. While I still eat at the restaurant you formerly managed (a far cry better I might add than it's being managed now), but I don't sit with the same group. Like yourself, I enjoy stimulating conversation with a good lunch and that group does nothing but talk about themselves. With everything going on in the world you'd think they'd have something interesting to say. I read once that "Small minds talk about people. Medium minds talk about events, and great minds discuss ideas." Well, I think you and I are medium to great. So, what do you think about the public option? Have you registered for the death panels yet? (-: Do you know anyone who's receiving the benefits of Medicare but claims to want the gov't out of their health insurance? Have you signed any petitions to get rid of Joe Lieberman, the Senator from Aetna, or to get Glenn Beck institutionalized? I think he'd look great in white.
